ToddStreet brought me in to design a sales training deck to support Intercept’s regional teams across different U.S. territories. The goal was to unify the field’s understanding of market challenges and boost their competitive positioning. The design needed to simplify complex pharmaceutical data, reflect the brand’s visual identity, and enable flexibility for regional managers to personalize content delivery.
The Ask
Design a presentation for regional leaders that worked in-person and virtually while staying legible, energetic, and on-brand.
The Challenge
- •Dense data, charts, and acronyms made the content hard to follow.
- •Inconsistent slide styles across regions diluted the brand and confused the narrative.
- •Presentation needed to work live and virtually, staying legible, energetic, and easy to adapt.
The Solution
- •Introduced a clear grid system with hierarchy, whitespace, and branded callouts.
- •Standardized slide styles with modular blocks and icons for easy regional use.
- •Built a master PowerPoint deck with editable layouts to keep updates on-brand.
- •Added flexible slide types for data, storytelling, and activities.
The Outcome
Delivered a unified deck that simplified complexity, reinforced brand authority, and gave leaders a scalable tool for consistent sales training.
